Welcome to Origna8. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Origna8 website, platform, and related services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Origna8 provides a loan-origination and customer-management platform built for loan officers, processors, branch managers, and the borrowers they serve. References to "Origna8," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of the Services. References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or organization using the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@origna8.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.

3. Use of the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law.

  • Use the Services to send communications that violate applicable consumer-protection, telemarketing, or messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable do-not-contact requirements.

4. Your Data and Borrower Information

You retain ownership of the information you and your contacts submit to the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents to collect, upload, and process Your Data, including any borrower personal or financial information, and for using that information in compliance with applicable law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Compliance

The Services are tools that support your business; they do not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. You remain solely responsible for the regulatory and licensing obligations that apply to your activities, including those administered through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and any applicable lending, privacy, and communications laws.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (other than Your Data), are owned by Origna8 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, these Terms do not transfer any ownership or rights in the Services to you.

8. Fees

If your use of the Services is subject to fees, you agree to pay all applicable charges as described in your order or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change our fees on reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

10. Disclaimers


The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and no information transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Origna8 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Origna8 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.
